The Center for Global Studies is committed to globalizing the curriculum of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign through work with faculty from across campus to create new degree programs and courses. Through its activities, the Center advances the leadership capabilites of the campus' "Clusters of Excellence" and its faculty in international studies to support cutting-edge innovations in teaching and conceptualizing global studies.
Course Development:The Center plans to develop 15 new graduate seminars and three new undergraduate courses to globalize the University of Illinois' international programs.
New Degree Programs:The center is currently creating new degree programs and Ph.D. concentrations.
