International Business Immersion Program International Business Immersion Program (IBIP): A course that focuses on agricultural markets by taking students from the seed to the shelf, ending with a onsite work at the European Union headquarters in Brussles, Belgium.
Transnational Workshop Series The Transnational Workshop Series: Directed by Jan Pieterse, an internationally recognized scholar of globalization and development, this twice monthly workshop links University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign faculty in the social/policy sciences and humanities with counterparts around the world.
Prisms of Globalization Prisms of Globalization Symposium: Collaborating with Illinois CIBER, CGS' seminar on Prisms of Globalization will cover multi-disciplinary views of globalization, including sessions on Governance of the Global Society, Economic Forces in the Global Society, and Conceptualizing Global History.
